Free Blog Traffic From Blog Carnival Submissions

A blog carnival is simply a catalog of blogs.

There are literally thousands of blog carnivals on line to choose from.

They are normally based around a certain subject such as dieting, hobbies, health, making money and most niche topics.

A simple search on Google will produce a list of blog carnival sites where you will be allowed to submit your blogged posts for approval by the blog carnival's owner.

Submission to them is free so it won't cost you anything, except perhaps a little of your time and effort.

The carnival owner receives the list of prospective submissions and then they decide which submissions will be included in the next edition of their carnival.

Once your post is approved and published in a carnival it can benefit you in many ways.

Firstly, by having your blog post published you are getting a back link to your blog, this will help with search engine result placement.

Secondly, the visitors to the carnival will see your link and visit your blogged post if it is appealing to them, so you are ultimately driving traffic from these links.

Each blog post you write can be submitted to several blog carnivals, for example, there is not just one money making carnival, there are many, so you can submit your post to each of these too.

This means one blog post can be published in hundreds of relevant carnivals therefore multiplying the back links and potential traffic.

There are automated software packages that can help with, the sometimes tedious tasks of, submitting your blog post to hundreds of blogger carnivals.

You simply add some details about your blog post, select all the carnivals you wish to submit to, click a button and the software will do all of the submissions for you.

Submitters automate the process, greatly reducing the amount of time manual submissions would take.

Blog carnivals are an extremely powerful marketing tool that every serious blogger should be taking advantage of and capitalizing on.
